Got an offer for swe2 Mastercard in VA, anyone have good experience/ advice? Offer 120, 10k signing Current TC ~110 but includes paper money #engineering #software Yoe: 1.2

Based on my knowledge with what engineers get paid in MC, that's a really Great offer especially with less than 2 YOE and VA location, so definitely would recommend taking it.
I work at Mastercard. It seems like a pretty good offer considering 1.2 YOE How much I would recommend MC depends on what team/project you will be on and what your goals are. Overall though, Mastercard is a pretty good company DM me if you would like to talk more

Depends, seems like a decent offer for O&T which pays less than D&S. D&S standard offer for SQE 1 (0 YOE) is $110k with a $40k signing bonus
