Offered TC:~35lpa How's the work culture? How much yearly hikes to expect? what's there WFH policy? YOE: 5+ TC:23lpa #swe #sde #mathworks #mathworkscompensation
Work culture purely depends on team. If not many people have already left the team, then you can expect a good wlb. The company has adopted wfh policy since covid. They're planning to go hybrid when the offices open up. Yearly hike depends on the position/ level you're being hired for like senior etc. So what's your level?
Even in teams which are bleeding people, WLB seems good. I know of only a few managers who pressurize people to submit work on time. In all other teams, you just keep pushing the work into next sprints if it doesn't get completed :P
