I'm applying for Business Analyst Digital role at McKinsey, straight out of undergrad from a Non-target school. I have worked with many recruiters from McKinsey in the past on an HR startup and they were able to help me get an interview with the firm. What type of experience does McKinsey like to see straight out of undergrad, and does the hiring decision come down to the recruiters or the Case interviewers? Any information that I could get regarding coming out of undergrad to managment consulting would be greatly appreciated!
