We received our bonus on Dec 31st. Did you get any as will? You get paid prorated bonus for first year

Generalist path would get 15-20% in TC from year 1 to year 2, but peanuts in base comp. From year 2 to year 3 is less because comp maxes out and then you need to become AP to increase Product management path might be different though
