Meta E3 to E4 promotion timeline
Hello Blind, I got return offer from Meta on August afte my summer 22 internship (GE). I will be joining next year on June as an E3. I wanna know whats the typical timeline to get promoted to E4 ? TC: 268K (including sign on π) #engineering #software#meta #meta

You can get it early. Work with your manager and show that youβre performing at E4 already.
