Amazon comp is shit. At meta or google your target refresher/bonus is fixed per level & performance, no matter what’s your base or previously granted stocks. We are the earth’s best company that looks how much you already earned last year to determine how much more stocks you get for the next year (hence often 0 or something pathetic)
