Meta has started hiring again for IC4+ roles across US, London and Singapore for a total of 4.5k openings across the board. Edit: Please fill this form, my DMs are flooded with 300+ msgs and I’m not able to navigate https://shorturl.at/drAS8 #tech #referral #meta
What about m1 and m2?
Honestly I won’t recommend joining Meta as a manager, literally 0 growth opportunities for M1. It’s a very much engineering driven company with bottom to top culture and pivoted a lot after recent layoffs. That being said, happy to refer you if you find any open positions for a suitable role.
What about m2?
Wow, have we forgotten the last time companies were hiring like CRAZY ?
Nobody forgot anything, the system is working as intended. Laid off people are a collateral damage, but that’s the sacrifice our capitalist overlords are willing to make.
hence this question [Blind] Check out this post! Is Meta overhiring ahead of a 2nd slowdown? (Software Engineering Career) https://www.teamblind.com/us/s/LARH2j2s
What’s with all those lay-off if they hire back in 6mo
I recently interviewed, it was a no. When can I realistically try again? Recruiter said 12 months, it was for E6.
Ideally 1yr
@amazon what’s the interview like? What was the hardest?
I got an Instagram ad for why meta office is a good place to work

Biggest cap I heard all year
Will this also be the case in Q1'2024?
I hope so, the new HC will be finalised in October
I had my screening round last Thursday 30 min behavior/ 30 min coding. I did not hear anything yet. Is it a reject? Also not sure at what level they ask behavior in screening round
dont join. - it's a shit show - it is now a disadvantage in your resume - you learn nothing
What roles are they hiring for?
