Joined from Amazon where I was getting 0 refreshers even when I got Top Tier because of my initial grant for 3 years. My first refresher at Meta today and got 500K (350K regular + 150K additional by Director) which is same as my TC. This is Even when my rating is Exceeds (which is true for 60-70% of the company). This is what majority of engineers got it at the company for refreshers - E3 - 60K E4 - 110K E5 - 220K E6 - 350K E7 - 600K Old comp - 500K (after stock drop) New comp - 670K. Tech CEOs copied Zuck for layoff. Can they copy him on Refreshers now?

Looks like EE refreshers not Meets All refreshers. You also meant to say 60% of the company gets Exceeds or above although this is also inflated because ~10% gets Meets Most and more than ~30% gets Meets All.
