Meta screening interview, taking long to get feedback
It’s been a week since I took the initial coding screening interview. It wasn’t great either. Recruiter said it should take 24-48 hours to get a feedback. Still nothing on my candidate profile. How long does this take usually? I’m curious only bc I was expecting an insta rejection. 156k

Had my tech screen on a Tuesday and got positive feedback on Friday.
Within 2 days if it's gone excellent. More than that mostly means you recruiter is lazy or you didn't perform well
So they don’t respond at all if you blew?
Don't read into it much. They could be genuinely busy. How did your interview go?
