Microsoft - Position Levels
Hi @Microsoft team, Can anyone please look up and tell me the levels of a few roles? Happy to DM, unsure if I can post them here? Job ID: - 791931 - 757840 - 759299 - 687702 Can you also advise which roles would be preferred/enjoyable from a pre-sales solutions perspective. Above is ranked in order of personal preference. Ultimately looking at levels for salary/TC and which would make the best career move. Thank you
level will depend on your interview performance, it isn't set in stone by the req
Oh ok. I thought Microsoft would assign levels (eg Level 62/63) to roles similar to AWS assign L5/L6 to their equivalent in this space
They do but there is no requirement that the individual hired be in that level
63,61,62,62 respectively
But depending on your interview performance levels can go up or down.
