Microsoft Feedback Timeline?
Interviewed last week and still haven't heard back. Is this normal? Normally the recruiter at least let's you know they are collecting feedback, interviewing others, etc...#microsoft

Microsoft recruiting is completely dysfunctional. I've heard of people going 2+ weeks and positions being filled with other candidates before recruiters reach out, and some people completely ghosted. Just keep pestering.
I should follow up email them? Probably can't hurt
