I am curious to know if at Microsoft the hiring decisions are vastly different team by team and by org or if there is a template that all teams follow. Thanks #microsoft #interview
Quite different. But a fair guess from my experience is if you nail the hiring manager round, you have a good chance of making it even if you fluff one other round. This also depends what the content of HM round is. I. E coding etc.
Different. Has to do with being in the right place at the right time.
Hi OP, I’m also interviewing with Microsoft recently! Can you share your experience with the HR screen please? I got an email from a recruiter last week, do I need to prepare for leetcode style question / BQ or it’s just normal chatting?
Anyone know the turnaround timing after you’ve completed a loop?
