I had interviews for two positions in Microsoft. In both interviews, panel gave good feedback but decided to go with some other candidate. I am still applying for other positions in Microsoft. Basesd on earlier interview feedbacks, what would be impression on Hiring Managers of other positions I am applying to? Tc 140K
How did you get interviews OP? I applied many times but they never called me for interviews 🥹
Yeah I applied to so many job postings past couple of years and this year got a call from recruiters. Relevant and clear details in CV is the key for shortlisting I think.
Can I ask, how did you get your resume noticed? I've applied to roles in which I was a 100% match with more experience than required. I've never had a recruiter call.
Same here. It's tough when you read a role and fit it perfectly or more and don't even get to talk to a recruiter. Like surely you'd be worth their time to talk to even if it's for a role further down the line.
Same question as others - How did you get interviews? I have lost count of How many times I have applied. Not even once did they come back
Are you in Talent+ Pipeline? Can recruiters for new positions use the feedback from there with other HMs? - especially if the new positions fall under the same Product Group/ Corp vice president
I don't know if I am in talent pipeline. But recruiter of my 2nd job interview told me they got good feedback from my interviews for 1st job application.
