Microsft talent partners/interview coordinators behave so strange. Before the test/interview they will mail/call you so many times to check you dont have any problems and show that they care a lot for the candidates. But after the interview they are like who are you? They wont reply to your mails, wont pick up your call and completely ghost you. Have you also faced it?
I know that i am not selected but they should at least reply...why does they their behaviour change....suddenly from being so nice to not bothered..
They are too arrogant and busy to find next Candidates and they get away this behavior very easily
It is rude, but unfortunately standard practice.
So are many Adobe recruiters. Tbh many of the good companies have shitty recruiters, nit including FAANG.

My only experience with MS was with Executive Recruiters and they were very good at communicating and keeping me in the loop.
