Microsoft feedback call

Update: Got into the call with recruiter today. I didn't get it. An internal candidate was picked. 1 No-hire, 3 Strong-hire & 1 Hire, so the recruiter wanted to have a call with me detailing the feedback. There is no cooling off period, I can apply for other roles and it will be a full loop again. I can ask the new recruiter to check the previous feedback. Posting it so that it could help others (I couldn't find much info on Microsoft recruitment process when I googled) I finished Microsoft on-site interviews and the recruiter has reached out to me and has scheduled a feedback call. There is no other information about the call. I emailed the recruiter for an indication but no response from recruiter. When I checked the action centre the status is now ‘not selected’. Google search tells for some candidates the same happened but they actually got offer. What would this call be for. Is it a rejection and does Microsoft reject via calls? #Microsoft
