Need help in the below offers Microsoft - L60 Atlanta Base - 111k Stocks - 130k over 4 years Sign on - 20k ADP - NJ Senior application developer Base - 140k Sign on - 10k Yoe - 5 years #engineering #software #swe #microsoft
Add a poll.
You haven't specified title for MSFT? Seriously with 5 yoe, that base looks incredibly low.
It's Atlanta though. I had a new grad offer from ADP and the pay was 75k. With the stocks and everything I'd suggest OP to go for msft
Fair enough for new grad, but op isn't the one or is he?
Not sure what you'd be working on, but I've heard ex-employees wouldn't touch the Workforce Now codebase with a 10 ft pole. Take it from me, enterprise sucks big time. Take MSFT.
MS is a better offer. Also given your YOE, you'll get to 61/62 within a year or 18 months tops, which gives you more bonus potential. Depending on the team (assuming Azure), there's a lot of potential for growth. Plus, name recognition wise MS is better than ADP. Also 60 is kind of low level given 5 years under your belt.
I think it depends for the 5 years. Almost every big companies down levels small companies even thou we do the exact same thing
ADP is bleeding talent right now. It’s also kinda boring.
ADP is a f shit show, a workday wannabe with NYC MTA tech. MSFT all day dude
Fun fact: ADP and Microsoft have a a partnership. Your better off with Microsoft
Adp sucks, left months ago, insecure managers, their products are a joke, of course msft is the answer
