Missed Cisco opportunity

I applied to Cisco for product manager role. I got a follow up email from Cisco asking me to fill a form but I missed the email. I’ve been so depressed and I don’t know how I missed it. It was sent 7 days ago- asking me to fill the form within 48 hours. Is there still hope for me? I’m really in need of a job. Any referrals would be appreciated. Yoe 5. Thank you
