Hi, I am interviewing for the Technical Services Engineer position in MongoDB. I heard that WLB in the support org is iffy with a lot of burnout and low headcount for the growth they have had in the last couple of years. Is that true? Any information from the current/former employees from TSE org would be very helpful. Also their benefits dont seem that great. Do they plan on matching 401k anytime soon? Blind Tax: 180k - TC #mongodb
for a TSE there range is 112K-136K with RSU 30K-100K. A low pay for TSE considering the critical nature of the job. a very underpaid job IMO.
Thanks for the inputs IBM and Infor...yeah I have heard similar stories and they are lowballing for sure. Will keep my options open. Thanks!
Any info on the interview questions? Curious to see what they ask TSE
Bumping this to see if anyone has any information about some of the interview questions they may ask. Thanks!
The WLB is pretty rough. My wife is a TSE at mongo and she’s pulled into meetings off hours. Their comp does not justify the amount of work you are going to have to put in.
