The premise that Reuters can make claims about the inner workings of any corporation is just silly. It has been demonstrated time and time again that these news agencies get everything wrong. Not just a little wrong, completely wrong. The kind of wrong that five minutes of searching the web can disprove if your epistemological landscape allows you to think for yourself rather than delegate your thinking to the media and their advertisers.
They can make educated guesses. But they are guesses.
