Currently I'm SDE-1 at Myntra (Fresher) CTC: 24 Base: 16LPA Experience: 2 month Esop: 8 lakh worth Flipkart stock over 4 years (2 lakh per year) Tech stack: Backend dev(java,spring,airbus,etc) I got offer from Schrodinger (The D.E. Shaw) CTC:36-37 Base: 18 Variable: 2-3 Joining Bonus: 2 Relocation: 1 Retention Bonus: 10 lakh over 4 year (2.5 per year) Other benefits: 3 Tech stack: C++ I'm in confused should accept the Schrodinger offer or not , I'm concern about the tech stack, can you suggest based on your experience what one should preferably choose and why.
Not commenting about work! That's priority. In respect of tech stack Myntra looks promising. You can put down papers and ask Myntra to match. They have potential.

That’s a fairly great increase in TC. Not sure about Schrodinger work but it’s no way bad enough to lose so much TC. The culture is good here and I would personally advise you to take the offer.
