NVIDIA Deep Learning engineer @ Santa Clara
Posting on behalf of my friend. She got into this right out of college with a Masters and would be joining in about a month. They have offered her: 125k base, 35k joining, 90k stocks over 4 years. Is that a good deal? Any nvidia engineers who can throw some light on this? Thanks

$90k worth of RSU over 4 years, so $22.5k for 1 year

Can you suggest what average TC for new grads in this role would be? We couldn't find a good benchmark on the web
Fully ensure and clarifies that it is 90k rsu not 90 rsu. Also does she get an anniversary bonus? Did she negotiate for that or was it just offered?
I only got 10k rsu as a one year old junior developer.
I don't want to play spoilsport but I really think she should confirm, re read. Nvidia won't hand out 90k stocks for new grads(ic2)
Thanks guys, she was offered 90 RSUs. And not 90k in RSUs. Bummer. Geez, this is for a deep learning engineer. Are they really that big of a miser in shelling out stocks, even after so much appreciation? The offer makes no sense imho
