Have an offer for $200k @ TC 2 YOE, Seattle area. I currently make $130k TC at Expedia. However, the org in this company is notoriously one of the worst orgs from what I read on blind. This company looks better than Expedia and the position is SDE 2, while I’m basically an SDE 1 still at Expedia. It’s a good company, just this specific org happens to be bad. The only other interview I had was with Amazon. I did pass recently an Amazon OA and asked recruiter to delay interview (I know 0 about system design and that’s on the interview. Plus I need to brush up more on leetcode). Should I take this offer for 50% more pay, and switch in a year? Or reject and keep grinding now? I’m happy with current team, but pay is so bad for 2 YOE. TLDR: have offer for 50% more pay, and a promotion, but the team isn’t great
