Need insight on Nike offer
Got verbal offer for the position senior data visualisation developer at Nike, Portland. I’m currently on H1b visa. They have promised to initiate the i140 process. Does anybody have any insights over the work culture, career growth and how they handle the i140 prospects ? Would really appreciate if anybody could provide some information. It’s pretty standard TC. In fact, it’s little high for your experience at Nike 😀( believe me I am here more than 5+ years). They will start the GC process after one year. WLB is nice. Are you coming under GAP org?
I am not sure about org .. nothing mentioned on my offer .. what about career growth ?

I’ve been with Nike for 1.5 and the WLB is great. There’s a lot of movement between organizations and upward movement mobility.
