I gave a negative review to my doctor's business page, on Google. Her office sent me a letter of termination today, via email. Receiving this "letter of termination" feels extremely funny, inappropriate, unprofessional, also bad ! Did she think I am her employee or what ??? What do you think? Termination letter is to inform me they won't provide me service after 2022 :))
Some shitty people like them misuse their power
you can ‘terminate’ a customer.. it’s a thing. If you are US based you are definitely their customer first and moral obligation / patient second..
Your Doctor fired or terminated you as a patient. Go find another doctor 😆
:)))) It's so funny she thought I'm her employee
Why was the doctor so bad that you gave a negative review? :)
lol add that letter of termination to your review
This. OP should scan and post to G.
Such a brilliant idea
I wrote a bad review for my dentist’s office one time. After that, they started treating me really well. The first time I went after the review, they apologized profusely and told me that the whole team met to talk, so that they don’t make the same mistake again. Everyone called me by my name, I felt like I owned the place. The review is still out there, I need to update it because they’re better now. They’re actually different people for the most part.
oh wow that’s really great 😀
Update it! I’m sure they’ll be more likely to make things right with disgruntled patients in the future if they see that it worked on you.
Lawsuit
For termination ?
Also, OP, you could write an “Open Letter of Termination to Dr X.” and post it with the review.
Upload the termination letter in the review stating this is what happens when you are honest
Terminating from what exactly ? You gave a negative review, so you probably wouldn't want to consult with them anyways
True, but termination of what exactly ? They sent me the letter to inform me they won't provide me service after Feb 2022 :))
Oracle have you never heard of the “they’re going to break up with you so break up with them first” strategy?
