Israeli precision-guided munition likely killed group of children playing foosball in Gaza, weapons experts say
Have an offer including equity but it's hard to judge its value and whether I should counter because of it being a private company with theoretical value. I have benchmarks for valuation but it's still murky. Does dilution still apply as a concern if it's RSUs? Any advice? Salary portion meets my needs.
RSUs are affected by dilution much less than standard employee stock options. Just ask for as much as you can. Negotiating options is much more difficult.

My standard thing is “if I invested $1.2M in your company today, how much equity would I receive? I am giving up $1M RSU to join plus a 20% premium.”
What’s the equity offer? You need to know preferred price, strike price, equity % and make an assumption around exit valuation. Earlier the stage, bigger the equity cut. You’re taking a bigger risk and will continuously get diluted. DM if you have questions
I am in same boat. Will watch this thread
