I’m Not sure -but what I meant is you can achieve a lower cost of living in nyc.Living outside Manhattan and commute to work should be cheap as opposed to SF where the whole damn city is expensive

Nyc cost of living is cheaper than sf for similar quality. Also no need for a car.
