Nextdoor is a product with so much potential in terms of the idea/ concept and the traction it already has, but it's just such a shitty product. Must be something totally broken in the culture.

They just had a layoff, are you optimizing for severance?
Wouldn’t it be safer to join after layoff since the company have already cleared out the bottom 25%?
It's usually not bottom And this indicates slow growth and low profits company wide which means they could have more if next quarters earnings are bad
It’s a blood bath here. Cuts were made across lines of business not underperformance based on some shocking people staying and leaving that make no sense.
Dafuq why Nextdoor? Its so risky as the you probably know. Maybe Redfin but thats about it
