How many hours of sleep do you get normally?
Are these senior SWE offers?
Nextdoor senior and flexport se-2
I'm more Bullish on Flexport than Nextdoor. Did you get a sign on From Flexport?
What is FMV vs strike ? Is the 26k options r granted at 20 bucks
Congrats on both the offers. Negotiate more base and options. Also ask for sign on bonus from Nextdoor.
Bonus 10k. That’s the max nextdoor can go
OP, have offers from both for a leadership position. DM me if your friend want to talk. I can share my perspective.
Can I dm you ? I don’t have offer from next door but I might have one from flexport and I’m looking for additional perspectives
What did you choose
Flexports valuation is based from their 2019 funding round. And I believe there is a one year cliff to both offers an IPO in 2 years is probably the best time to join a company
This. Think about the businesses. Flexport potential > Nextdoor. Come join us, Oracle :)
Why is everyone posting about their offers “confused”?
What did you pick op?
Flexport has quite a timid engineering culture. Also, interviewers and recruiters are quite unprofessional. I would avoid Flexport
Because leetcode doesn’t work at flexport.
I think those Nextdoor shares are going for $40+ on secondary market right now. Got an email from equity zen of people trying to buy.
How is yoy growth there? Looks like market is taking a hit of lately, so not sure how to value these stocks.
Growth has been steady, but not explosive. I think the potential is there if the company executes properly.
