Want a pay raise? Don't work at Bloomberg. TC 230k
What's the career progression like at Bloomberg?
Remote in LCOL = low pay. Office jobs in HCOL = more pay. Simple.
(Laughs in LCOL remote high pay)
I don't really have a problem with this - if it "costs" the employee more hours versus working remotely, then they should be compensated for it. If you're at a point in your life where you want more money and don't care as much about personal time, this works.
They're basically saying that companies are willing to pay a premium for you to go to the office. And that's not wrong
Still waiting for that premium to kick in vs what they were paying us to wfh in 2020-2021.
I mean you have a point but also Want a job at an employer that doesn't do layoffs and pays all cash? Work at bloomberg
