So more and more US tech companies are coming to india to expand so more headcounts and competitive salary are on the way. I was in the US but came back to 4 years ago and currently living in Bangalore, and I can tell you this is a very decent place for everything despite the shitty traffic, the overall atmosphere here is just better than bay area. A few friends of mine who are in the US are also seriously considering coming back, even the ones that aren't laid off. But I will admit that my perspective is biased and might miss some information, so is there still point going to the US on L1 risking layoff suffering in the employment market vs staying? tc 80 lakh
companies should really learn from us bay area problems and distribute jobs across major cities in india like hyd, blr, delhi, kolkta, pune to ease burden on a couple of cities, also no point unless you are going to be in top notch research
Ride that growth wave in India. For those who want to stay, maybe the queue will eventually be more reasonable. Win-win.
Do you have enough water to drink though?

disclaimer: this poll is prone to the blind sampling bias like all other polls on this platform. I would wait till at least 500 voters.
That wonāt help with the bias.
