Non-FAANG VP of Product Comp Package?

Current TC 300k. Entering final rounds for a VP of Product role in mid sized telecom company w/ around $1B to $3B annual revenue. Anyone know what typical compensation package would look like? Curious around bonus and equity. I’ve checked levels and Glassdoor but poor data for this type of industry and for central of US region (non west coast).
