I am a married, 30 yr old, heterosexual male and the only male member of a larger team (10 people) at my company. An off-site has been planned for Tahoe were we will share a large cabin in Tahoe for 3 days for team work and team development. As the only male member of the team, I feel awkward going. The cabin is rather luxury with a enough space for me to have my own room but there are also an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and pool. I am 100% committed to my wife, and we have deep trust for each other, but it just feels like a very awkward scenario to put myself in. And I think I would feel weird about her attending the inverse of my scenario. I do not plan on going but don't know how to bring this up with my manager who would expect me to go.
🥳
Check if you could invite your wife
Just say some things came up last min n don’t go 🤷♂️
Why is it awkward?
It’s a business trip you degen! Go!!
And if you drive a Honda CRV or Tesla 3 then no risk at all. Just go
Hahahahahahaha true dat
It’s an offsite not a party. Why are your overthinking about things you wish for? LoL
Are u married? @meta
Shhh... Why did you have to declare your heterosexuality? You could have had Three's Company like hijinks by not saying that. Think of all the misunderstandings!
Wife gonna ask for picture of the team. She says no they’re fit, she says yes it’s because there’s no threat
