Blend wouldn’t adjust for COL? Then live in rural Minnesota.

YOLO. Go for Hawaii for a couple months and live in Puerto Rico or Guam for 6 mo+ for tax benefits.
Many tech companies only allow you to work from contiguous US for tax and legal reasons.
Is the blend offer a 1 year offer?
I don’t think so. In the offer letter they mentioned starting annual compensation. Does that change after an year?

205K in Wisconsin is way better than 370K in Bay. Stick to remote options.
