Sunnyvale is a very expensive place to live. I would put a high premium on full remote just based on the remote. Here the offer from WMT is just in not competitive based on numbers and the location. I live in the Bay Area and cost of living is a constant worry. The flexibility of moving somewhere cheaper when I want to alone would be massive.
Damn I knew min wage was high but the cart pushers are paid way more than when I was the lot boy! Honestly they're pretty comparable. Check which ones has better non comp aspects and go with that.

Target has a very good wlb, very rarely worked more than 30 hours a week. Friends all didn't believe I didn't work because there were larger down periods of projects. Teams vary of course but good culture.
