Amazon without any doubt. Very easy within Amazon to move.

What is the situation for moving teams. The team I got hired for is also working on cleared, so working remote isn't an option, but they do have a location here in LA as well that works on cleared project different then the one I got hired for. Is it possible to ask if I could work from the location in LA? also is system development engineer title fine ? I was hoping to stick with Embedded as they do have embedded work in this team as well

For whatever reason it seems that itโ€™s difficult to move from aerospace into tech, so if you have the opportunity to get into it now, and working in tech is your goal, you should take it. You can always move to another job later if you find it difficult to move within Amazon.

Amazon 100000%. You WANT to get into tech. Money money. Better job oppertunity. Intresting work. Possibility for remote. Worked in Raytheon before. It was boring work but great wlb, great people Blue Origin? no befits mean hell no

Don't take Blue without a guaranteed FT offer. You can't count on conversion. "Systems engineer" title is different in tech than aerospace. I'm sure it won't be requirements writing and verification the whole time. So my vote is Amazon

I'll add that you shouldn't count any equity offered as part of your TC. Blue isn't public, isn't likely to go public anytime soon, and has no current or future plans (internally communicated at least) to provide a way to cash out that equity. Bob Smith and Bezos both describe it as a "lottery ticket", and it expires after 10 years. Blue also doesn't do bonuses unless you're a manager or higher, and sign on bonuses tend to be pretty low from what I've seen.
