Offer evaluation - Amazon (current) v/s Snap v/s Coupang
I am currently an SDE-3 at Amazon, on H1-B. I do have my i140. Snap's L4 is not a terminal level, which makes me a bit nervous having to go through the promotion struggle again. Plus their stock is meh, which can be both a good or bad thing. Coupang WLB seems bad because HQ is in Korea, but the offer is for Staff and comp is high. My heart somewhat says NO for Coupang due to unsure culture. Please help 🙏
Snap wlb is very bad too, people work non stop there

Why is coupang bonus so high?
How come your Amazon TC is below SDE3 band? Did you get promoted recently? Personally, I wouldn’t move from one chaos to another chaos / unstable company in the current market (unless you must move from Amazon immediately). If its possible, you may wanna try getting a slightly better option.
Amzn l6 to snap l4 is a downlevel imo even if tc is higher.
