Interviewed with Aws Console team for SDE position. Would like to know more about the team in Palo Alto office? Any help reagrding projects, work life balance and the team will be appreciated. Thanks TC 190k
What was the offer?
I know who your manager would be, I did had a chat with HM but ended up not choosing the team and chose different team cz I felt that team likes calling itself full stack but it's a frontend heavy team. The team manages consoles for 21+ AWS products and has 4 managers and HM told me React projects for at least 8-10 months, they are re-writing stuff from Google legacy FE library to React. Ended up choosing different team in Palo Alto for backend because of my interest in BE. DM me for more details

Changing teams in Amazon(atleast in India) is very easy. If the offer is as per expectations, join and hang around. I have seen people moving around within 3-4 months after joining.
I am a backend developer and have never worked on front end. So little scared. Would it be fine if I dm to know more
