Paytm will soon IPO so that’s a plus in terms of stock but 18 months condition sucks.
18 months are nothing if you are not frequent switcher (and if you are lucky to get a good manager ofcourse!) I believe you wont vest much of stocks till they both launch their IPO so don't think on IPO part. Growth of both companies are fairly identical (except PayTM got huge Market Cap but that doesn't mean they will pay you more). MobikWik offer sounds appealing to me as I also heard they have good work culture + there is no condition of stay. Plus, many believe this is right time to work in "wealth and investment" as it is expected to grow ever faster post pandemic and since MobikWik still in development in that area, you will get to learn more things.
Mobikwik had data breach many times and they right out denied the hacking. Both are shitty companies to be true.

I think he joined Paytm as can be seen in his handle. Not sure what you think of Paytm stocks handed over to you at the time of joining now that it's hit badly

Just going to work with some core Paytm Central Team (Promotions and CashBack) i think, and wealth and investment team in mobikwik Yes, got same amount of stocks from both companies but vesting of 20 percent in mobikwik for first year (and 10 percent half yearly), but only 10 percent in Paytm (and ~25 percent yearly).
