I have an upcomming phone interview with hiring manager of Okta for Manager Software Engineering position can anyone let me know what to expect and how to prepare for the interview YOE - 10 TC - 160k
Was your interview for a Manager position, what was the coding problem was it leet code style problem can you share more information
Mine was principal position, not a LC question was asked to implement parking lot
Why are we not using “reply”
The interview seemed straight forward, leet code style , but had some of the engineers came across as bit annoying and insecure

Mine was for a manager position and it was mainly behavioral based questions some questions such as how I hire, handling conflict and prioritizing projects

Just think of examples of how you manage your team to work well together, dealing with conflict, and how you plan out projects. Also some examples of how you do hiring they are basically checking to see if you have basic manager qualifications
I had 1 hour phone interview in which 20 minutes were about my experience and 40 mins to code parking lot
