Normal for Oracle. Every single offer goes to the board. They probably vote on them as a package.

copeเคนเฅcope OP Oct 17, 2023When are they gonna do that, I'm waiting for 2 weeks now, before that 1 month because of bureaucracy of Oracle and I slipped through their cracks (if it was upto HRs I would never have been considered, but I gave interviews directly to team lead). Their red tapism is worse than Indian government.
Required for all offers. It replaced the Larry Ellison approval a few years ago
