Few weeks into the job as a new PM. Love it so far. Great company culture and people compared to my old company. Most people work from home fridays and are out by 4:30pm.

Just out of curiosity did you move into the role from a different business unit within ADP or were you an external applicant?
May vary with different business units. The ones I know have great work life balance and flexible working arrangements- you are trusted to do your job and you are in control as to how to achieve that
