I'm interviewing for Palantir right now, and so far I've noticed: * The leveling at Palantir seems kinda flat. * Most discussion around their salaries are new grad salaries. * On Levels.fyi, new grad salaries are weirdly higher than experienced engineers' salaries. Anyone know what's up? You would think experienced engineers get paid more, but is that not valued as much at this company? Thanks. #palantir
You sound smart. Your research will serve you well. Because you're right. PLTR doesn't hire experienced engineers.
Why do you think that is? And in the instances that they do (because there are some), what are the characteristics of these experienced engineers?
Lol. The only experienced engineers here are the ones that grew with the company. They have too much equity to move on. That may change by the end of the month.
