Anyone from Palantir London? What is the interviewing process? And what would be the expected salary + stock on hire bonus for 3yoe?
Current TC, mate?
I did their process up to the phone screen. It gave me really bad vibes. 1. The HR arranged a 'quick chat' which actually turned out to be a small HR interview. They asked what I wanted out of my career, why I'm motivated to join Palantir (and they really pressed hard on this 'you could say that about any FAANG like company, why Palantir?'). Basically I hated the fact they just blindsided me with this. 2. Next step was phone screen. My guy was young, completely uninterested in the interview, was checking his phone over the video call. When I asked him if he was following along he didn't even bother to acknowledge I said anything. 3. Passed phone screen, HR pressed me again on what I want to do, they went away and a couple of days later rejected me because they didn't have any roles that fitted. All I said was that I would prefer to work on a backend oriented project, but I am open because low yoe and want to learn. All in all terrible.
Palantir is an evil company. If you're interviewing with them, I would never hire or work with you
Oh well that did it. Our pipeline is empty now, great job!
Yeah, OP should look for a job in a more ethical company, like Uber! /s
