Paytm vs Nike Offer

Background - I'm trying to move from IC to EM role. I already tried internally but that didn't work out and not interested to spend more time trying internally. Didn't get calls from many bigger orgs when trying specifically for EM roles. I'm not interested to make another IC switch and try for EM in the new org internally. Objective - Use the current switch as an intermediate place and try to move to a better place as EM YOE - 10 Current TC: 40L fixed + 10L variable+ ~7L/year = 57 (New grant is ~10/4 ; The 7 is the current year vesting Options: Paytm: Role- EM TC - 58.5Fixed+6.5 Variable+6 Sign on+1800 units RSU/5 years Nike: Role -EM TC - 60 Fixed + 9 variable + 6 sign on. No RSU My analysis - Nike says it is an exceptionally high TC for the role which looks to be a red flag for me. Doubt on overall tech quality and brand Paytm infamous for bad culture. My intervew and offer rollout experience is also bad. Please suggest based on my objective which one would be a better option.

Problem with exceptionally high TC for a role is that you will hear that argument again and again. Most likely they will keep on same TC for few years. Also Paytm has better resume value than Nike.

Go for paytm , as it's a tech company on the other hand , Nike is not primarily a tech company. And yes i would say that culture in fastag is not that great, but then you are hired at a position that have a power to make a difference in the culture.
