Any tips for prepping for an ML engineer role at Pinterest? Bored out of my mind at Google and wouldn't mind a change of pace. Thanks in advance! TC: 249.6K

So I went through the screening - it was 10 min talking of 2 of my ML projects, 5 rapid fire ML trick questions followed by a 30-35 min left for a Leetcode Hard Problem. Interestingly I couldn't hear half of those questions properly coz it was asked so quick..just to squeeze everything under 1 hr :(
I just had one really hard problem which I could not figure out how to solve in the one hour, I mean I made some progress but probably nowhere close to what was expected. It was not anything I had seen before on LC or otherwise, I got no questions about ML theory or even any time for introductions
Yeah i dont understand what the rush was, my laptop restarted as i was using a office laptop and i even told the interviewer when he was doing the rapid fire. It depends on the interviewer. Well he asked hard so i the solution robust..so that he likes it..and i did solve it but missed some edge case. Not sure what they trying to test :(. Also i dont get ML theory, things keep changing all times....what didnt work beforr works..and what worked..no longer..such a dynamic field, and its often unrelated to actual work..i wish it was more hands on like or just send a coursera like MCQs which is better than a rapid fire over phone.
How was your interview? I have a phone screen scheduled. Any specific topic i should revisit? I have practiced around 250 (10/80/10) lc problems.. should i focus more on hard ones now?
How did it go?
Did you get any feedback on this one? I have my scheduled tomorrow.
Ask your recruiter, they are more than happy to share tips in my experience!
