I have an offer from ServiceNow. Based on my research the offer is below average for the position. However the recruiter is unwilling to look into the data, so I provided them and insisted that I take this offer. I want to check whether this offer can be improved. WhT you are getting is a pretty good one..
After taxes it is a difference of 50k per month, if you have good wlb then think before moving. Try to get 1lakh more per month after taxes.

I have looked into the offers that ServiceNow PMs obtained. These are available on external websites. Some of these websites claim that details are cross verified with the offer letters of the candidates. I am using this as a data point.
What are those external websites? Levels.fyi ? TC looks fine for experience .
