What’s the average overall target earnings for a Procore SE in Mid Market (a candidate has 11 years of Project Engineering/Mgmt at a construction co)? What’s the percent of Salary and commission broken down to? How much of the commission is in the SEs control (is quota based on team/individual/blend)? How common and how much RSUs are granted to SEs when hired? Any signing bonuses? Really appreciate your responses in advance!
