Is spending 12K per month normal or too much
Hi all, I have 9 total YOE in sales, retail banking and consumer contact center, and management/support. This past year was my first in a Project Management role and I’m looking to reevaluate my salary. I’ve been in this PM role for a year, working in Charlotte, NC and implementing tech/sales/process design strategies and projects. My current #salary salary is $80K. Am I being taken advantage of? What do other PMs both in and out of BofA make? Should I look into other companies for PM roles? #projectmanager
The problem with corporate America is that it doesn't adjust people when they take on significantly different roles, which may be the case here.
I unfortunately think that is exactly what happened. I’m going to look to competitors to fill this gap.
That is very low. I'm a Director in PM at BofA, based in NY. 7 years in PM and strategy (more experience in finance). 200 base.
Thank you! Although I have 8.5 years of financial experience, I have only been a PM for 1.5 years. Trying to understand how to translate that non-PM experience into comp value.
+ Was hired as VP at 175k. Promoted to Director last year and got 25k base bump.
How much PM experience did you have vs finance?
5 years PM and 4 years fin
Definitely being taken advantage.
