Pulte Homes

Anyone buy from them and actually like your house? I’m about to sign a contract with them for what seems to be our dream house but the comments on their IG are giving us cold feet. I know that usually only pissed off people leave comments but damn…and the issues are major. Checked out Lennar’s IG and they don’t have the same level of negative comments and unhappy homeowners.

Every home has issues. You gotta learn how to deal with them.

Their houses are good. I recommend them. Which State?

They’re the second best after Toll Brothers, from what I’ve heard

That’s not true

I have one in AZ and it’s great! Zero issues so far and it was built in 2019.

It is standard practice (at least in bay area) where a community will sue their builder. I've heard of so many new communities built within the last 10 years that have done that to just extort money from the builders. There are consultants who will find faults, create a huge list of problems, and get the builder to settle out of court

Lot depends on your on-site construction manager than the brand itself. Nothing for sure.

Pulte >>> Lennar for quality of build. We live in a Pulte home!

Lucid Motors Gravity652 Dec 26, 2022

Lennar uses cheaper materials. Less prestigious. Pulte is ok, used same designs for the last 30 years tho

Salesforce hdjxjjdj Dec 28, 2022

Depends on state and city as well. For eg Lennar quality can be good in some states/cities vs other state/city
