Salary for Senior Associate in Advisory is between 115k-140k base plus 5-25% bonus depending of yearly performance (tier). Audit and Accounting will be lower. If you have an T15 MBA you’ll start at 170k base as a Senior Associate.
Senior associate makes between 90k-120k depending on whether you are SA1 or SA3. Annual bonus depends on performance i.e Tier 1-3. Its between 5-20%.
For SA3 what would be the max someone can expect. Also if told that annual would be 20% do people get 20%?
